New Worlds: Rebuilding Lives after Trafficking”

Capitalising on the insights and results of the “New Worlds” project, this event aims at fostering a Europe-wide discussion on the challenge of contrasting gender-based human trafficking in the EU. 

Following presentations from keynote speakers from the European Commission, the University of Cairo and “Weavers of hope”, an organisation funded by survivors of human trafficking, the participants will have the opportunity to network and discuss in smaller groups on concrete proposals for advocacy in 4 key aspects of the fight against human trafficking.
