The Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada will host the International Metropolis Conference 2019, the largest annual international gathering of world experts from academia, governments and civil society in the fields of migration, integration and diversity. The conference’s program will reflect both Canadian and international strategies regarding immigration, integration, diversity and inclusion.

International migration is at the top of the policy agenda for many countries. The conference will provide delegates from around the world with the opportunity to exchange research and best practices and to forge new partnerships through open dialogue.

The conference takes place in 2 cities in 1 bilingual region.

Il Dipartimento Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship del Canada ospiterà l’International Metropolis Conference 2019, il più grande appuntamento internazionale annuale di esperti mondiali del mondo accademico, delle istituzioni e della società civile sui temi delle migrazioni, dell’integrazione, della diversità e dell’inclusione.

La migrazione internazionale è al primo posto nell’agenda politica di molti Paesi. La Conferenza offrirà ai delegati di tutto il mondo una opportunità di scambio su ricerche e best practice e di instaurare nuove partnership attraverso un dialogo aperto.
